Nearly 20 years ago Mark moved to Germany from England in search of an inspirational scene to embrace his tough uncompromising sound. Championed from the start by true techno heavyweights like Adam Beyer and Sven Väth, Mark has flourished in a country he calls home.

Over the past decade Mark has gone on to establish a formidable reputation based on respect amongst key peers in the techno ecosystem. Mark’s groundbreaking productions grace iconic labels such as Drumcode, Cocoon, Bedrock. Truesoul, Terminal M, Soma, Second State, ELEVATE, Intec, Bek Audio and many more.

Now fully entrenched as a Drumcode artist with last years acclaimed ‘Distance EP’ building on an already impressive body of work, 2021 sees the release of Mark’s new stunning eight-track mini album ‘Breath’ [DC248].

‘Breath’ is very much in the present, showcasing where Mark is now creatively as a producer – constantly pushing his music forwards as a solo artist, maturing in his composition and sonic artistry. Combining his keen sense of melody with thunderous dynamics, impeccable taste, intuitively knowing when to hold back and when to turn it up to eleven. 

Equally at home behind the decks and a mixer live as he is in the studio, Mark’s DJ sets have been been receiving fantastic feedback, with his talent and artistic vision taking listeners on a thrilling journey full of hard driving beats and intense melodies around the globe such as Awakenings Gashouder, Space Ibiza, Fabrik Madrid or Rex Club. As an essential step in his evolution, in 2015 Mark set up his record label in the form of the excellent SubVision. 

Now on its 15th release SubVision acts as a platform not only for Mark, but also gives something back by supporting emerging talent to keep pushing an underground techno sound to dance floors worldwide. SubVision has been growing and maturing in an approach that encompasses Mark’s values as a DJ and Producer. SubVision offers a selection of new cutting edge music with the focus on breaking new artists alongside established names at the top of their game.
